A registration fee is required to attend the conference. For each paper or poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Travel and accommodation must be arranged and financed by the participants themselves.

Registration is done through the Indico platform. You will need to create an account, which will allow you to register and pay the fee. Once your account is created, please wait for a confirmation email before proceeding with registration.

The transfer must be made net of bank charges. A copy of the transfer receipt must be attached to the registration form. Registration fees are determined based on the date of receipt of payment. The prices listed are only valid if both the registration form and payment are received before midnight, Anywhere on Earth (UTC−12), on the applicable registration deadline; otherwise, the higher fee will apply.

Registration will remain open until August 31, 2025, at 23:59 CEST. An invoice will be provided after the conference. For PayPal payments, please contact the organizers directly.
