Abstract Submission

Please find below a step-by-step guide on how to create an account and submit an abstract.

1. User account creation

   1. Go to the AS submission sistem: https://indico.akastrin.eu/e/as2023.
   2. Click on the “Login” button at the top-right of the screen.
   3. Fill out the account creation form, then click on “Confirm”. Kindly pay attention to the password criteria as well. If the criteria does not meet, then the system will not allow you to move forward.
   4. You should receive an email with an activation link. Click on that activation link.
   5. Your user account is now activated.

2. Abstract submission

   1. Click on the “Submit new abstract” button.
   2. Fill in the form.
   3. Click on the “Submit”. You will receive a confirmation email.
