Presenters of accepted abstracts or posters must register and attend the conference in person.
A registration fee is required in order to attend the conference. For each paper or poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Travel and accommodation have to be arranged and financed by the participants themselves.
Registration is made through the Indico platform. You need to create an account, which will allow you to pay the registration fee. Once you open the account, you need to wait until a confirmation is sent to you. After that, you can proceed with the registration.
Use the registration form to register and pay your registration fee through a bank transfer or PayPal. Do not forget to send us confirmation of the bank transfer or PayPal payment. Please scan/save the bank/PayPal receipt, and attach the PDF file to an email.
Registration fees are based on the date of the receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if both the registration request and payment are received before midnight, Anywhere on Earth (UTC −12), on the relevant registration deadline date; otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.
An email with a receipt will be sent to you upon the completion of your registration. This letter must be presented at the registration desk at the conference venue.
