Presenters of accepted abstracts or posters must register and attend the conference in person.

A registration fee is required in order to attend the conference. For each paper or poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Travel and accommodation have to be arranged and financed by the participants themselves.

Registration is made through the Indico platform. You need to create an account, which will allow you to pay the registration fee. Once you open the account, you need to wait until a confirmation is sent to you. After that, you can proceed with the registration.

Payment must be made by bank transfer to the Statistical Society of Slovenia bank account:

The transfer must be made net of bank charges. A copy of the transfer receipt must be attached to the registration form.

Registration fees are based on the date of the receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if both the registration request and payment are received before midnight, Anywhere on Earth (UTC −12), on the relevant registration deadline date; otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.

Registration will remain open until August 31, 2025, at 23:59 CEST. An invoice will be provided after the conference. For PayPal payments, please contact the organizers.
